She is survived by: her husband Darrel Stephens; her children, David Stephens (Deanna) of Whiteland and Linda Dean (Gary Giles) of Columbus; her brothers, Hural Spradlin (Julie) of Strunk, KY and Robert Spradlin (Mary) of Pineknot, KY; her grandchildren, Bryan Stephens of Durham, N. C., Brittany Runge (Jeremy) of Bargersville, Todd Stephens of Columbus and Alyssa Miller (Luke) of Columbus; and her great grandchildren, Logan Dean and Esme Runge.
