It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teddy Booth (Columbus, Indiana), born in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, who passed away on September 16, 2018, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Robert Booth; and also Emma Knobloch. He is survived by: his sons, Nicklas Booth, Zachary Booth and Rebecca Booth Hahn; his granddaughters, Kensley Booth and Avery Booth; and his siblings, Nicole Frost (Tye), Amy Fletcher (Buddy), Krystal Miller (Bob), Rachel Williams (Jason) and David Booth (Abby). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
