He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Lynn Hubbard (Cody); his children, Ryan Hubbard of Bowling Green, Sean Hubbard of Columbus, Indiana, Charity McCorkle of Columbus and Jennifer Hubbard of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his sister Cynthia Whitis of Columbus, Indiana; and his nephew John Wiedman of Columbus. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
