It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Lambert of Columbus, Indiana, born in Greensburg, Indiana, who passed away on September 24, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Estal Wayne and Icis Lenora Fourman Adams; her husband Ray E. "Gene" Lambert; and her brother-in-law Max Leroy Barkes. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Lambert of Columbus, Cheryl Reeves (Keith) of Columbus and Kathryn Staples (John) of Zenas, Indiana; her grandchildren, Amy Henninger (Patrick), Michael Reeves (Heather), Sean Staples, Nathaniel Staples and Susan Staples; her great grandchildren, Ellery and Evelyn Henninger; her sister Doris Ann Barkes of Columbus; and her nieces and nephews, Brenda Barkes, Sue Barkes, Beverly Mocniak, Brenda Allen, Doug Allen, Pat Allen and Terry Allen.
We do ask that visitors follow the social distancing guidelines once inside the funeral home and masks are required.
