It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Ann Smith of Columbus, Indiana, born in Shelby, Indiana, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Edward and Irma Adams Bennett; and her husband Henry Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Abrams of Shelbyville, Katrina Toon of Morristown, IN, Robert Pool of Shelbyville and James Pool of Indianapolis.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Association.
