It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas H. Powell (Columbus, Indiana), born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on March 5, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Clara Margaret Powell and Eulos Olden Powell. He is survived by: his parent Columbus.
