Austin Allen; his wife Mandy; his sons, Logan James Westerfield (Courtney) of Hope and Nicholas Westerfield of Columbus; his stepchildren, Alexis Ketcham (John) of St. Cloud and Kyle Ketcham of Columbus; his grandchildren, Hanna Westerfield of Columbus and Michael Ketcham of Springfield, Illinois; and his brothers, Greg Westerfield (Robyn) of Columbus and Phil Westerfield (Audrey) of Columbus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
