He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fleetwood and Altha Fleetwood; and his brother Herman David Fleetwood. He is survived by: his wife Marty Fleetwood; and his daughters, Deborah Wilson (Jeffrey) of Phoenix, Cynthia Jane Starks (Grady) of Pasadena, Pamelette Walker (John) of Taylorsville and Kelley Waggoner (Tim) of Columbus. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
