We bid farewell to Carmilea Antrim (Connersville, Indiana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 19, 2024 at the age of 86. Carmilea touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter M. Hoppes and Audrey Estel Shepler Hoppes; her granddaughter Calie Scaggs; her siblings, Lowell Hoppes and Marjorie Stevens; and her siblings-in-law, Christine Hoppes and Robert Stevens.

She is survived by : her significant other Jerry Antrim; her children, Bun Scaggs (Doug), Sunny Welborn (Joel), Jan Antrim (Carola) and Joe Antrim (Karen); and her grandchildren, Zane Scaggs, Codie Shoemaker (Rick), Shyla Lackey (Jesse), Lindsey Paddock (Jesse), Kelsie Thomas (Kris), Owen Welborn (Ashlee), Maya Hughes (Steve), Kayla Shaffer (Trevor), Austin Antrim (Erica), Jacob Antrim (Rebecca), Anevay Antrim and Genevieve Antrim.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Urban Winkler Liberty Funeral Home (310 N Main St, Liberty, IN 47353). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at the Westpoint Cemetery (708 N Dewey St, Liberty, IN 47343).
