She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Jones and Elizabeth Smith Jones; her siblings, Kathryn Williams and Richard Jones; her parents-in-law, Harry and Edith Shedd; her son-in-law Danny Smith; and her brother-in-law Jack Shedd.

She is survived by: her husband Curtis Shedd; her children, Alan Shedd (Dottie), Larry Shedd, Bethan Ervin (Jeff) and Judi Swanson (Tim); her grandchildren, Greggory Shedd (Stephanie), Matthew Shedd (Kylie), Nathan Shedd (Kristen), Michelle Cain (Jamie), Tristan Frye, Aaron Ervin, Nick Ervin (Lydia), Andrew Ervin, Emily McClinton (Daniel), Danielle Smith, Ally Swanson, Ella Swanson, Katelyn Smith (Caleb Redman) and Kylie Smith; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Shedd, Elijah Shedd, Khloe Shedd, Doug Cain, Dylan Cain, Marissa Cain, Owen Ervin and Scarlett McClinton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Myers Chapel (920 N Central Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Bentonville Cemetery South Co.
