He was predeceased by : his father Arthur Sizemore; his wife Connie Faye Steele; and his siblings, Andrew, David Sizemore, Mary Mullins and Roberta Derringer.

He is survived by : his children, Christina Coleman (Burley) of Connersville and Daniel Ray Sizemore (Heather) of Connersville; his siblings, Carl Sizemore (Ella) and Addie Mustin; his grandchildren, David Herschel Meredith Jr., Starrlyn Meredith and Selena Meredith; his stepgrandson Trevor Coleman; and his great grandchildren, Deia Meredith, Elijah Dalton, Maryssa Meredith and Liam Meredith.
