He is survived by: his parents, Edgar Dean and Betty Lou Isaacs West; his children, Jacoby Hile of Kokomo, Lilly, Allison West of Anderson and Chevelle West of Connersville; his siblings, Richard of Connersville and Roxie West of Connersville; his siblings' children, Joey Dyer, Grayson West, Jodie Bunyard, Nevaeh and Iris West; and his close friend John Bills.
