With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karolyn Lee Buckler of Connersville, Indiana, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on March 1, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Elizabeth Doherty Moore; her siblings-in-law, Jerome, Helen Schrank Buckler and Rita Buckler; her father Otto Moore; and her granddaughter Rylee Elizabeth Buckler.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Jerome Buckler; her son Christopher "Chris" James Buckler (Ami) of Middletown, Ohio; her grandchildren, Paden and Brendan Buckler of Middletown; her sisters, Kathy Sanford (Gene) of Liberty and Kristine Reed (Rick) of Ruskin, Florida; and her siblings-in-law, David Buckler (Cindy) of Connersville, Diane Harmeyer (Bob) of Connersville, Agnes Baca of St. Louis and Pauline Fuller (Tuck) of Dayton, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to them to aid in purchasing books for the library and playground equipment at the boys' school in honor of Karolyn's passion for literacy and youth.
