She was predeceased by: her parents, William Allen and Sudie Rogers Allen; her husband Preston Barrett; and her siblings, Raymond, Everett, Vernon, Chester Allen, Nannie Hensley and Julia Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Eddy Barrett (Sandra) of Cincinnati and Steven Troy Barrett (Cindy) of Cary; her grandchildren, Ryan Barrett (Heather) of Portland, Cory Barrett (Allie Bieker) of Happy Valley, Sarah Barrett (Evan Ekman) of Chapin and Craig Piscitello of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her great grandchild Cyrus Alexander Barrett of Happy Valley, Oregon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Oneida Baptist Institute, Berea College, or Connersville Historical Society.
