He was predeceased by : his parents, Grafton Seipel and Amelia Eisenmenger Seipel; his wife Phyllis Mauck Seipel; and his grandson Nicholas McPhillips. He is survived by : his children, Mark Seipel (Pam) and Melissa McPhillips (Daniel); his grandsons, Chad and Ryan Seipel; and his brother Paul Seipel.
