She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Rainbolt and Elva Curts Rainbolt; her husband Irvin R. Sams; her granddaughter Amber C. Lynch; and her siblings, Clyde, John, Harry Rainbolt, Ruth Adams, Irene Messmer and Nina Alstott.
She is survived by : her children, James I. Sams (Betty) of Corydon, Deloris C. Wathen of Evansville, Elaine S. Lynch (Donnie) of Corydon and Angela E. Wyman (Ronnie) of Corydon. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
