She is survived by: her husband Roger Jacobs; her sons, Terry Zollman (Gloria) and Shawn Zollman (Cindi); her stepson Steve Jacobs; her siblings, Betty Hughes (Leroy), Joy Sims (John) and Ed Tatlock (Annabelle); her grandson Chase Timberlake (Angie); and her great grandchildren, Ashton and Cate Timberlake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
