She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Decker and Lillie Jane New Decker; her husband George "Ford" Vaughn; her siblings, Lyle Decker, Joyce Ann Decker and Linda Decker; her son-in-law Bud Thompson; and her brother-in-law Bobby Bertram.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Vaughn (Sarah), Jeff Vaughn and Patricia Ann Thompson; her sisters, Ella Mae Bertram, Alma Sue Kidd (Danny) and Pamela Jo Terrell (James); her grandchildren, Jason Thompson (April), Tiffany Lawson (Ray), Douglas Vaughn (Rachael) and Austin Vaughn (Ann Catherine); and her great grandchildren, Lauren Thompson, Logan Thompson, Regan Lawson, Quinn Lawson, Bennett Vaughn, Rebecca Vaughn, Matthew Vaughn and Jeremiah Vaughn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home (201 N Oak St, Corydon, IN 47112). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
