With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Louise Gill Young of Covington, Indiana, who passed away on March 11, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James E. Newnum and Hester E. Newnum (Russell); her former life partners, Richard Young and Franklin Wayne Gill; her husband Robert Young; and her brothers, Robert, Paul and Pete.

She is survived by : her children, James Gill (Gina) of Dayton, Ohio, Edie McCoy of Georgetown and Donna Henderson of Tilton, Illinois; and her sister Barbara Kiger of Tangier, Indiana.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
