She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis N. Richardson and Lois Richardson (Mettee); her son Darrel Ping, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Whyde, Betty Hensley and Bob Richardson.

She is survived by : her children, Ruth Niccum (Ken) of Covington, Lisa Coppenbarger (Wayne) of Kingman, Indiana and Kevin Ping (Jodi) of Attica, Indiana; her grandchildren, Nathan, Brandon, Blake, Kendall, Jaylynn and Kenlie; and her siblings, Beck Brook of Crawfordsville and Raymond Richardson (Glenda) of Kingman, Indiana.. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
