She was predeceased by : her sister Shirley Engle (Bill). She is survived by : her husband Ken Tuggle; her children, Matt Tuggle (Carol) and Jill Shambach; her granddaughters, Katie Reiff, Krista Reiff, Riley Shambach, Sydney Tuggle and Camryn Tuggle; her great grandchildren, Emerson Reiff and Quincy Allen; and her sister Sue Blacketer (Stan). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to the Buddy Bags Fund through the Covington Community Foundation.
