He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph D. Gephart and Margaret A. Gephart (Cobbum); his wife Kathy S. (Hughes); and his brother Kenneth W. Gephart. He is survived by : his children, Corinna Munson (Chadd) of Craigville and Cary Gephart (Joni) of Bluffton; and his sister-in-law Linda Gephart. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 1 grt. grandchild.
