She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Stephenson (Kevin); her siblings, Tommy Scaggs (Barb), David Scaggs (Anna), Terry Scaggs (Becky), Donna Hayworth, Debbie Beck (Robert) and Carol Northcutt; her grandchildren, Samatha Fields (Phil), Balie Moore, Mickenzie Todd and Jaycee Todd; and her great grandchildren, Phil, Zeagan, Zoey, Olivia and Mary Jane. She is also survived by several step-brothers and sisters.
