He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Mildred S. England (Smith); and his siblings, Mildred "Marie", Mary Lauren, Carolyn Sue England, William "Bill" and Samuel "Lon" England.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Louise Nelson; his children, Charles (Mary), Troy (Marcia), Richard England (Barb) and Julie England (Gary); his sisters, Brenda Baker, Jan Ford (Rick), Mary Baker (Alan) and Helen Pettigrew; and his grandchildren, Shawn, TJ England, Brittany Archer, Levi, Joshua Campbell, Brodie, Brooklyn England, Christian Stidham, Kayla Amburgey, Matthew Dunlap, Kayla Larsh, Kassandra, Kaitlinn Pence and Kevin Maxwell. He is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
