She was predeceased by: her father Larry Dale Cook; her stepfather Dale Leon Sowers; her grandparents, Max, Virginia Cook, Harold and Betty Jacobs; her aunt Judy Starnes; her uncles, Rick and Daryl Cook; and her pets, Jagger and Carl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karmon Millburg (Scott) and Brooke Harshbarger (Chris); her grandsons, Jameson and Carter; her mother Patricia Sowers (Cook); her siblings, Stacey Burkhardt (Phil) and Shane Cook (Jeanette); and her siblings' children, Meagan Livesay, Erica Burkhardt, Caleb Meihls and Larry Cook. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and many cousins.
The family invites donations to the Animal Welfare League in Crawfordsville in honor of Michelle's love for all animals, her generous spirit, and artistic soul.
