He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion Halsey Sr. and Pearl Halsey (Foreman). He is survived by : his children, Derek Halsey (Pamela) of Cromwell, IN, Drew Halsey (Amy) of Ligonier, IN and Breanne Bowser (Kyle) of Milford, IN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
