She was predeceased by: her husbands, Robert Clarence Wojcik and Henry Francis Caputo; her siblings, Elizabeth, Dorothy and Robert; and her parents, Joseph Wodtke and Margaret Wodtke (Nebe).
She is survived by: her children, Leah Jacques (Joseph), James Caputo (Theresa), Nancy Lew (Howard), David Caputo (Lori), Robert Caputo (Laurie), Ronald Caputo and Gregory Caputo (Stephani). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Alice's name to American Red Cross.
