She is survived by: her children, Cathy Couchot (Michael) of Findlay, OH and Mark Collins of Findlay, OH; her grandchildren, Michael Collins, Patrick Kelleher (Faith), Ryan Collins, Matthew Couchot, Kevin Couchot, Mackenzie Collins, Chris Couchot (Lori) and Jennifer Wisilosky (James); her great grandchildren, Aiden, Gavin, Trevor, Alexis Couchot, Patrick Wiley Kelleher, Abbie and Delaney Chewning; and her husband Neil. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
