He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Ann; and his brother Dave. He is survived by: his wife Stacey; his daughters, Angela Dulla (Ryan) of Crown Point and Danielle Lenson (Jake) of Crown Point; his grandchildren, Dylan Christopher Cakora, Bo, Layla Dulla and Ann Marie Lenson; and his brothers, Doug (Mary) and Tom (Gina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
