He is survived by: his parents, Michael Guistolisi and Jakki Guistolisi; his grandparents, Neil Libbrecht, Liezel Peplinski, Mike and Laura Guistolisi; his great-grandparent Eileen Peplinski; and his great-great-grandparent Allene Harris. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
