It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R Trembczynski (Crown Point, Indiana), born in Calumet City, Illinois, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Trembczynski and Sophie Trembczynski; his son James R. Trembczynski II; and his siblings, John, Thomas "Tbone", William "Bouko", Edmund "Smokey", Loretta Miller, Rosalie, Patricia "Patsy" Meiotkie, Georgianna Smith and Cecelia Kawalski.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Trembczynski; his sister Elizabeth; and his children, John Trembczynski (Debra), Jamie Kipper, Susan Kalwie and Katie Elliot. He is also survived by grandchildren, great children, niece's and nephews to mention and a host of other relatives and friends.
