He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Seegers and Norma Matthias. He is survived by: his children, Aubree and Austen; his parents, Debbie Matthias (Doug) and Craig Thomas; his siblings, Kevin, Koty Thomas and Venessa Guise (Amad); his nephew Jaden; and his grandmother Gloria Seegers. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the family.
