He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his siblings, Jean Whitten (Forrest), Corinne, James Keough (Jackie) and Jack Keough (Pat); his son Kevin Keough (Nancy); his grandson Conor; his son Kelly Keough (Joyce); his granddaughters, Blaney and Kelli Keough; his daughter Kerry Glaeser (Neal); his grandchildren, Caroline Winternheimer (Sam) and Cameron Glaeser; and his sister-in-law Phyllis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Crown Point Community Foundation or Meals on Wheels.
