He was predeceased by: his father Glen Belk. He is survived by: his wife Angie Belk; his sons, Ben and James Belk; his brother Jeff Belk (Kathleen); and his mother Darlene Belk. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Memory Lane Funeral Home (6305 W Lincoln Hwy Hwy, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Memory Lane Memorial Park (6305 W Lincoln Hwy Hwy, Crown Point, IN 46307).
