It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine L. Boyer of Crown Point, Indiana, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on November 2, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Bright and Grace M. Bright (Sullivan); her husband Robert Boyer; and her son Thomas Boyer. She is survived by: her children, Dan Boyer (Dawn), Gary Boyer (Debbie) and Michelle Murphy; and her friend Audrey Kennedy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private. *Family has requested that all who attend the visitation and / or funeral service please help safeguard one another by wearing a face mask or facial covering.*.
