She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Strayer; her son Robert Allen Strayer; her parents, Mildred Peters and Herman Peters; and her sister Carmen Peters.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Murrow (George), Debra Strayer and David Strayer (Chris); her brother Harold Peters; her grandchildren, Vanessa Bartos (Steve), Erika Gilmore (Geoff) and George Murrow (Meg); and her great grandchildren, Mia, Sophia, Geoff, Stephen, Sinjin Strayer, Grayson, Charlotte, Molly, George and Madeleine.
