She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Jr. Biel and Ruthelma Biel; her husband Jon H. Peckinpaugh; her brother Robert Biel; her nephew Michael Biel; her sisters-in-law, Karin Peckinpaugh and Kathy "Petey" Hargis; and her close friend Koby Muncey.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Peckinpaugh (Angela), Ashley Upchurch (Aaron), Philip Hoyt Peckinpaugh (Melissa) and John Peckinpaugh (Haley); her grandchildren, Avery, Aubrey Upchurch, Ruthie, Hoyt and Jax Peckinpaugh; and her siblings-in-law, Rick Peckinpaugh (Mary), Darlene Peckinpaugh and Becky Biel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ballard and Sons Funeral Home and Cremation Services- Daleville (8212 S Walnut St, Daleville, IN 47334). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital Cancer Infusion Center.
