He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brandon Lennington and Vera Marie Timmons; his wife Joyce; his daughter Delisa Highley; and his brother Daniel Joe Lennington.
He is survived by: his son Tom Lennington of Daleville; and his sisters, Paula Lennington of Yorktown, Jeri Whitlow of Texas and Kay Reed of Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
