She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward E. Dugan and Nina Quinn Dugan; her significant other Bill Adams; and her siblings, Betty Dunlap, Nancy Williamson and David Dugan.
She is survived by : her siblings, Edward A. Dugan (Teresa) of Dana, Wanda English (Kenneth) of Evansville and Brenda DeFreitas (Jim) of Crittenden County; her aunt Norma Quinn of California; her uncle Fred Quinn of Minnesota; and her friend Glenalee Shriver. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
