He was predeceased by : his father Nicholas Kikalos Sr.; his son Patrick Kikalos; his aunt Genevieve; and his uncle Lawrence Berg. He is survived by : his children, Megan Follett (late Chris), Nicholas Kikalos (Lindsey), Katherine Kikalos (Eric Hall), Zoe Kikalos, Kaliope Kikalos and Demitrius Kikalos; his granddaughters, Evangeline and Helen Kikalos; his mother Helen Kikalos; his siblings, Elizabeth "Liz" Kikalos, Mary Harris (Jay) and Nicholas Jr. Kikalos (Sheila); and his aunt Catherine Orlich (late Dan).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a memorial service celebrating Guy's life will be held at a later date.
