He was predeceased by : his father Paul Sr. Andrews; and his grandparents, John Androusky, Glenn and Dorothy Shelato (Hathaway). He is survived by : his mother Mary Andrews (Shelto); his wife Kari Phillips; his children, Kayla Andrews of Newport, Taylor, Jonathan Andrew of Newport and Jake; his sisters, Denise Marriage, Jolene Adams, Sherry Conklin (Jerry) and Paula Hussain; his uncle Don Androisky of Clinton; and his granddaughters, Vaida and Violette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
