He was predeceased by: his parents, Karen Hamilton (Olson) and Maurice Bennett. He is survived by: his son Christopher David Bennett (Jessica) of Avon; his stepmother Lynne Bennett of Florida; his sisters, Diane Bohlen (John) of Ohio and Tracy Hamilton of California; and the mother of his child Susan Bennett Kikendall (David). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
