He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Keith and Norma Mae Chandler (Warfield); and his daughter Amy Rollins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chandler of Danville; his daughter Shana Clark (Adam) of Amo; his sister Coleen Leath (Jeff) of Danville; his grandchildren, Kyle Rollins, Renee Clark and Hunter Clark; his great grandchildren, Presley and Zane Rollins; his nephew Austin; and his niece Audra of Danville.
