She is survived by: her sister Lois Anderson (Duane); her grandchildren, Shelley Notter (Mark) and Darin Harrold; and her great grandchildren, Hope, Sophia, Cadence and Brylee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Fay's name to Kingsway Christian School in Avon, Indiana or Covenant Christian High School in Indianapolis, Indiana as she was a passionate supporter of Christian education.
