He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Flathers of Danville; and his children, James David Lewis, Lisa Marie McMichaels (Dale), Lori Ann Hayden, Sharon Kay Risku and Joanne Dillon. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
