Evans of Danville, Indiana, born in Greencastle, Indiana, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Leon Phillips; her husband John W. Evans; and her sisters, Benita Phillips and Melody Bullard. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Pell Phillips; her children, Doug Evans (Kim) of Indianapolis and Emily Dugan (Danny) of Cape Coral, Florida; her brother Ed Phillips of Greencastle; her brother-in-law Tim Bullard of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Devin Courchaine, Jordan, Savannah Evans, Johnathan and Michael Dugan.
