He was predeceased by: his brother Matthew Lee Mayes; and his grandparents, Bobby Mayes, Lee and Joan Ulrey. He is survived by: his parents, Rick Mayes and Kathy Mayes (Ulrey); his daughter Ayva; his brother Mitchell Mayes (Amber); and his grandmother Nadine Mayes.
