He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Collier; his son Derek Collier (Audrey); his stepsons, Adam Leach and Brett Summers (Tara); his mother Kate Collier (Lawson); and his siblings, Rodney Collier, Clifton Collier and Melissa Jo Neal. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
