He is survived by: his daughter Deanna Mitchell (Ray); his daughter-in-law Jackie Kelly (Dale); his grandchildren, Jason, Joshua, Vanessa and Valerie; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Dakota, Brynn, Colby, Dillon, Kolton, Ava and Luke.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Robert Kelly to the New Winchester Park.
