He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Charles Monroe and Pauline May Monroe (Workman). He is survived by: his wife Pam Monroe; his sons, Jeffrey and Justin Monroe; and his siblings, Patty, Evelyn, Mike, Tommy and Roger Monroe. He is also survived by numerous cousins and family members.
